    • Labeling of drug packages with a data matrix code, which will contain a unique serial number - serialization.

    • Ensuring anti-tampering of the package by re-sealing.

The European Medicines Verification Organisation (EMVO) is responsible for the creation and development of the European Medicines Verification System (EMVS).

Galvex spol. s r.o. decided in 2022 to replace the original drug serialization system with a new one.

Results

 

We are advancing thanks to high efficiency. We are currently able to mark and inspect up to 130 packages per minute.

Thanks to our serialization system, Galvex can now mark and register all manufactured medicines in the European database – at a speed of up to 130 packages per minute.

After the successful deployment of the Track & Trace - drug serialization solution, we plan to expand the functionality to connect to the systems of other external customers.
