
Service and production technician in the field of robotics

We are looking for a skilled service technician for AMR/AGV and automated logistics warehouse. You will be commissioning our solutions, performing preventive maintenance and handling service interventions directly at customers' premises.
Salary offered:
from 1700 EUR/month. The salary is indicative and we will adjust it to your experience and knowledge. We can evaluate quality candidates.

What will you do with us?

Launch (revive) the AMR robot or our products at the customer's site, including uploading the necessary SW and integrating into the control system.

Diagnostics, repairs and preventive maintenance of AMR devices and automated warehouse elements (conveyors, pick to light system, charging stations, safety elements) at the customer's site.

Regular service inspections - checking and calibrating sensors, verifying safety circuits, checking drives, batteries and chargers.

Commissioning and configuration changes - mapping the environment, setting routes, zones, speeds and priorities in the AMR control system management.

Software support - firmware updates, backing up configurations, working with logs, basic management of industrial PCs/PLCs and networks (Ethernet/TCP-IP, Wi-Fi).

Monitoring operations and resolving incidents according to SLA - from remote diagnostics to on-site intervention at the customer's site.

Cooperation in integration with WMS/WES/ERP and functionality testing.

Maintaining service documentation and protocols.

Emergency services and planned service trips according to the schedule (Slovakia + possibly nearby countries).
Initial training will take place in Žilina under the supervision of experienced colleagues. During the first months, you will cooperate with colleagues until you gain enough experience to perform the work independently.

We are looking for you if:
-
you have a technical mindset and an interest in new technologies, automation and logistics;
-
you quickly get to know automated systems and in case of malfunctions you go for the root cause;
-
you know how to work in control interfaces (HMI), read logs and diagnose the causes of problems;

you have basic knowledge of mechanics and sensors;
-
you are manually skilled and can replace or repair components according to the procedure;

you know how to cooperate and communicate with the team and the customer;
-
you are willing to travel within the Slovak Republic and to neighboring countries;
-
you have a §22 Certificate - Independent Electrical Engineer (or §21 with a willingness to switch to §22 as soon as possible).

Secondary education with a high school diploma, University degree I. or II. in the field of: computer science, electrical engineering, robotics, mechanical engineering
