Effective warehouse management in real time

Better overview, higher productivity in just 10 days
A WMS (warehouse management system) alone does not mean control over the warehouse. The difference lies in whether the system actively manages processes or merely records movements.
If you rely on experienced people, Excel spreadsheets, or delayed data in your warehouse, the processes are not actually managed by the system, but by people. The system only records the results retrospectively.
Our WMS provides real-time warehouse management, reduces errors, and stabilizes performance without increasing the number of people or expanding the warehouse. We can deploy the standard version of the system within 10 days of ordering, with the option of further expansion according to operational needs.
When is it time to consider WMS
Contact us if you are facing any of these problems:
-
order picking cannot keep up with the growth in orders, even though the team is working at full capacity,
-
you do not have an accurate overview of the status and location of your inventory,
-
inventory means stress, downtime, and long delays in catching up on discrepancies.
-
training temporary workers is time-consuming and the error rate is increasing,
-
the warehouse is connected to production or transport, but the data does not match.
-
paperless picking and simultaneous order picking,
-
batch, expiration, and packaging tracking,
-
delivery verification against orders or ASNs with deviation alerts,
-
warehouse integration with order management, production, transportation, and quality control,
-
operator performance statistics and KPIs.

Problems that the WMS solves in the warehouse
"We have it in the system, but it's not in stock." Complaints, missing goods, urgent purchases.
WMS solution
Inventory accuracy of up to 98 - 99.5 %.
Incorrect orders, returned goods, long delivery times.
WMS solution
Picking error rates decrease by 60 - 90 %, speed increases by 30 - 70 %.
The warehouse cannot keep up with the growth of the e-shop or production.
WMS solution
The same number of people can handle 40 - 100 % more orders.
Too many safety stocks and unnecessary transfers.
WMS solution
Reduction of stocks by 15 - 35 %, better use of space by 20 - 40 %.
Shipping within 24 hours is difficult to maintain.
WMS solution
Picking multiple orders at once allows for same-day shipping.

Who is WMS for, and who is it NOT for?
WMS is suitable for companies that:
-
deal with storage, picking, or material flow in logistics, manufacturing, automotive, food, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, or distribution
-
have been managing their warehouse in Excel or manually, and the growth in volume now exceeds the capabilities of this method of work
-
need to work with batches, expirations, or package tracking,
-
want to increase warehouse performance without hiring additional staff.
WMS is not suitable if:
-
the warehouse has a low number of items (e.g., less than 500 stock items) and manual management does not cause errors or delays,
-
less than 100 items are picked daily and the picking error rate is below 1-2%,
-
the warehouse does not have significant seasonal peaks (1.5-2 times compared to a normal day),
-
the entire warehouse is operated by fewer than three employees,
-
there is no need to track batches or expiration dates.
How is our WMS system different from conventional solutions?
Automatic reading of batch numbers and expiration dates
Data is read directly from the packaging using OCR – no rewriting, no errors, no delays. Receiving is faster and data is accurate.
Working with the GS1 standard
Reading and printing GS1 codes that combine product type, batch, expiration date, and quantity into a single scan. Fully compatible with manufacturing and logistics processes.
Real-time inventory
Inventory without downtime. Results are available immediately, and managers have an overview of discrepancies and inventory progress.
Easy work even for temporary workers
The intuitive interface and scanner navigation allow for independent work from day one. Less training, fewer mistakes.
Stability during fluctuations
The system checks individual steps, eliminates errors, and reduces risk during seasonal peaks or staff turnover.
