An autumn dose of innovations, contacts and opportunities

This fall, we had the opportunity to attend a number of interesting conferences, either as visitors or as speakers.

Autumn Roadshow

Our favorite event is the Roadshow, which is regularly organized by PointX, this time with our partner Zebra. This year we had the opportunity to participate in both the spring and autumn parts. The autumn part took place in two cities – Brno and the traditional Košice. We focused on presenting case studies in the field of internal and transport logistics, through which we presented innovative solutions in smart logistics. A great part of the Brno roadshow was the gemba walk directly at the Zebra plant, which was a great benefit for us. Once again, we had the opportunity to meet with our partners and introduce them to the new products that have become part of our product portfolio.

Inofest 2023

During the two-day conference held in Prešov, our CEO Martin Jančo spoke on the topic of the sustainable future of logistics. He presented our approaches to improving the environment and work efficiency by using various digitalization tools. During the second day of lectures, together with Vladimír Pšenák, COO M2M Solutions, they retold the story of our journey into space. How did we get from vision to real mission, why did the topic of the space industry appeal to us so much and what are we doing? See more on our website.

During the Inofest conference, you could also meet our sales representative, who presented the transport logistics system "in a nutshell". We presented the individual parts of the software solution to the conference participants in a practical demonstration on real devices, so that they had a comprehensive overview of the depth and functionalities of the solution, with which we can serve the transport logistics process within the plant.

Drontex

Our space presentation at Inofest also included the concept of an autonomous drone, which we are currently developing in the SENAV project and which may be part of space exploration missions in the future. Based on this presentation, we were invited to the Drontex conference, where we presented in more detail the use of drones in space research and the method of orientation in an unknown environment. The project is funded by the European Commission under grant agreement no. 101082476 and is part of the Horizon program. Dubai Airshow 2023

Another stop on our journey was a business mission to the Dubai Airshow, organized by the Sario agency, and we had the opportunity to negotiate with various companies that are engaged in activities in the space industry. Among the most interesting ones, we can mention Airbus (Aerospace Company), UAE Space Agency, and Panasonic Avionic Corporation. We met several Slovak companies in the space industry that were part of the Slovak delegation and we were a truly great team. The organization was at a very high level and we look forward to future cooperation.

Slovak Industry Vision Day

At the end of November, you could meet us at the Slovak Industry Vision Day conference of the Sario agency, whose topic was Sustainable Industry. The conference brought many examples of how companies and organizations can apply new approaches to environmental protection in their everyday activities. Key account manager Katarína Mišutková, together with Martin Janča, presented our solutions for sustainable logistics and jointly presented systems that, thanks to digitalization, make processes more efficient and reduce paper waste.

Innovative management practices enable businesses to take responsibility and actively contribute to a sustainable future. We are proud to help our partners achieve optimal results while reducing the negative impacts of business on our planet.

During the Slovak Industry Vision Day, we also presented a new sales concept for our greentls transport logistics system, which will be available as a monthly subscription.

Wordlog

This time we came to the Slovlog conference as participants to gain new knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence, which is becoming a real tool in the planning and management of logistics processes. The largest logistics congress in Slovakia was carried out in the spirit of innovation and we are glad that we were able to meet many professionals from the fields of logistics, warehousing and development.

During the second day of the conference, we had the opportunity to visit the DM Drogerie Markt central warehouse and Continental's logistics center. These visits gave us a direct look at how processes work, the possibilities for innovation and digitalization.

Workshop Space

The last event of the year was a workshop focused on the opportunities of the space sector for Slovak companies, organized by INOVATO. During his introduction, Martin Jančo told more about how, thanks to the diversification of our products, we have successfully reached beyond the borders of our planet. At the same time, he presented in more detail the space projects we are currently working on, which are closely connected to our products and the space industry.

We attended 14 conferences in 2023, a significant increase from last year. We greatly appreciate every opportunity the conferences brought us and thank the organizers for the excellently organized events.
