We are transforming the traditional warehouse process of Lunys, a leading supplier of fresh food on the Slovak market, into a fully automated system using autonomous mobile robots.
In cooperation with Hikrobot, we are introducing the latest robotic technologies that significantly simplify internal logistics, reduce costs, and improve the overall efficiency of warehouse operations. The project represents a significant step forward in the automation and optimization of logistics processes, revolutionizing the operation of warehouses and ensuring greater safety and accuracy.
Optimization of warehouse operations
In the current phase of the project, we are deploying all types of autonomous mobile robots (AMR) in the warehouse environment. The integration of AMR with conveyor systems is underway, while we plan and create detailed routes for the movement of the robots. At the same time, we are optimizing the warehouse layout based on the crate dispatch plan, which allows us to cover more than 30 thousand positions. This crucial step will significantly increase the efficiency of logistics operations and enable seamless connectivity and a smooth flow of goods throughout the entire logistics chain. To ensure a smooth and efficient transition to a fully automated system, we are thoroughly testing every part of the process.
